From our garden to yours

A major project that we are undertaking now is within our garden. Did you know that our new Head Gardener, Patrick has joined us from Stowe? Stand by to see some amazing transformations in the weeks and months to come. Here are some tips for your own garden this month:

“Now is the time to give your lawn some TLC if you didn’t get a chance in the autumn. Scarify with a rake or powered machine to remove dead grass and any moss that might be there. This gives the lawns a chance to put on some new spring growth. Aerate by spiking with a fork to give oxygen to the grass roots.”

Spring has sprung at Sulgrave Manor!

We are really happy to be welcoming visitors back to Sulgrave Manor this season. We have recently introduced free-flow access to the house, which is good news if you prefer to enjoy the manor at your own pace.

The house, garden and Tea Room open from 11am with the house shortly afterwards at 12 noon until 5pm on a Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Last entry is at 4pm so arrive with enough time to make the most of your visit, we recommend at least an hour. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
